Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with WashVero.

We want you to feel confident when ordering from us. This Returns Policy explains when returns, refunds and replacements may be available.

Change of mind returns

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us that you would like to cancel and return your item.

Once you have told us, you then have another 14 days to send the item back to us.

Because the WashVero Washlet is a personal hygiene product, returns for change of mind can only be accepted if the item is:

Unused
Unopened
In its original packaging
In a resellable condition

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns where the product has been opened, used, tested with water, or removed from its sealed packaging, unless the item is faulty.

Return postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning an item, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos or videos showing the problem

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

Items not eligible for return

We cannot accept returns for:

Items that have been used
Items that have been opened or unsealed
Items not in their original packaging
Items damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or improper handling
Personal hygiene products that cannot be resold for health and hygiene reasons

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your legal rights. If your item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under UK consumer law.
